Opportunity to grow and work on new exciting tasks, good PTO benefits, high growth startup.

Cons

Long hours, super dynamic role with limited training. It is a startup though so this has improved over time.

Unlimited PTO is a nice benefit

Cons

This place is a mess. All of the employees who know the product have left, excluding the former CEO. The company has secured additional funding but as a result has a board that has taken the steering wheel. Culture is terrible, people are not helpful. Slacks take forever to be answered, customers hate the product, and now there is an abundance of people who can document and escalate problems and a shortage of people who can actually solve them.
