      Pros

      Most of the people are good to work with. Lots of projects to keep you busy. Good job security.

      Cons

      The projects and management are pure chaos here. Standard operating procedures are constantly in flux. The management here seems to like to change things just to say they are doing something. We will have a process for going to the bathroom soon enough. No advancement opportunities. At least our group isn't the worst in the company. The group that does our largest machine is utterly incompetent. Not enough site managers to do the projects we have.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
