      Steady work. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      My immediate manager was never around. Constant blame games between him and myself. I expressed my issues to senior management and no changes happened. Doesn't seem like anyone cares to remove proxy mangers. Lot's of travel.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
