      Pros

      Coworkers easygoing. Good bonuses if you’re lucky to get them. Depending on how management feels. No rhyme or reason. T

      Cons

      Way too top heavy from Director level and up. They make errors and do not hold each other accountable. All the accountability falls on the rest. They recently eliminated several positions none of which were top management.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
