      I enjoy working for Wynright. It is great company with many areas for growth. This industry is growing a great deal.

      Cons

      Communication does seem to be poor and there is room for improvement.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
