      Pros

      People care for the most part. The management is generally pretty nice. Overall it is a company I have no issue continuing to work for

      It's a bit top heavy on management, for no seeming reason. At least it does not seem to be helping. It used to have a small company vibe, but is now more corporate.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
