      Pros

      Good place to learn about a fast moving industry. Lots of exciting things to see and do. It's a young company. Room for advancement. More on that.

      Cons

      Salary starts good but doesn't keep up. Projects spiral out of control so fast. The first year or so is easy and then the reality sets it that you are set up to fail. The schedules just don't align with the reality of what it takes to get them done. Sales sells it and management just rubber stamps it. No touch with reality at all. It's a young company because people usually don't stay around long. The average tenure seems to be about 2 or 3 years. Since people have been leaving so much there is room to move up if you are willing to do what it takes. Unfortunately that moving up part seems to require you to make other look bad and step all over them. This company is run by sycophants.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
