Pros

Had a good group of people above us. Some of the best bosses I've ever had. They paid what you deserved.

Cons

Covid hit and we all had to sign new contracts. Laid off a month later to find out the new contracts removed any and all severance except for what was legally owed. Lots of us managers trusted our leaders and paid big time for it.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. COVID has affected many organizations in various ways. As a contractor, we normally work directly with the agency you worked for. We are sorry to hear it caused you to be laid off and understand the frustration that can bring. We are not aware of this particular situation so if you could please contact our team at feedback@wynright.com to help us understand more of the details of this situation it would be greatly appreciated.

Pros

Get your experience and go

Cons

There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
