      Great company and coworkers make the environment much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      The hours were long at points working 75 hours. It was a choice and based on work load, not constant.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
