      Growth potential if you are there long enough

      Cons

      Communication with departments when involved with projects are extremely lacking as well as with certain teams. Documentation needs to be updated that are more than 2 years old. Definitely need to improve training when new employees start.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
