-Solid job security, always plenty of work -Layoffs can occur but not often and (to date) hasn't targeted good performers -Long term minded and engineering based leadership

Cons

-Big company with established leadership so not easy to get quick advancement -Frustrating amount of red tape, especially around project handover meetings and project financial reporting requirements

Cons

There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
