      Pros

      Pretty good benefits starting day one. Slow but good training. Not under the gun right off, rather it's a slow process that can seem needlessly complicated. However is pretty low stress. Lots of time off (PTO and otherwise) and a.3-4 day work week.

      Cons

      Slow and complicated training, Lots of corporate rules being created by people who never worked at your location. The worst is the interpersonal politics of some shifts.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
