      Pros

      Remote work, good benefits, work with good people, and learn a lot regarding different manufacturing companies and how they get merchandise out when orders come in and how they restock stores.

      Cons

      Manager is a loof when you are not on a project. Gives no direction as to what you can do in between projects and trainings. Raises are 3% across the board regardless of how much of an extra effort you put in and now given more responsibilities regarding projects with no extra pay and now no comp time when you work 10-12 a day including weekends.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
