      Pros

      Finally have a manager that does Reviews as they are supposed to and given proper acknowledgment of efforts. Rewarded with a promotion for those who deserve it and a raise which is uplifting and encourages loyalty. The manager/Site supervisor has gone out of his way to get several well deserved promotions for the team. He really takes our opinion seriously and acts on our suggestions.

      Cons

      A few missteps have occurred due to the site manager's inexperience but corrections were made right away. The site runs well with our team but we do many things so it can be more mechanical than you would expect.

      Get your experience and go

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
