Pros
Some pretty neat technologies are being used and some of the nicest, hardest working people I have met work here.
Cons
This applies to the group I worked in (Client Care) only. Extremely poor management and working conditions. No planning and no follow-through on decisions made and each day there seems to be a new "most important thing" that is being implemented. Extremely intrusive on personal time and no respect from the company for your time. On-call shift every 4 weeks or so which is all weekend and workdays from 5pm to 8am. It's called an on-call shift by management, but is really just a horrible work shift. Typically you get less than 3 hours of sleep per night due to the call volume, which is anywhere from 3 to 8 calls per night. Most of those calls are not quick and some go on for multiple hours. The company pays $50 per day for on-call, regardless of the call volume, and some days, especially weekends can be 12 - 15 hour days. I never saw the written policy, but typically, you do not leave the house for the entire week while on-call, including all weekend...Not even for dinner, unless you get one of your co-workers to help you.
