      plenty of hours. no shortage of work. new buiding. things started good.

      Cons

      endless changing of tasks. you never get to finish anything before something more important comes up. no advancement opportunities despite what was promised when I started. much better pay at other area companies.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. They expect you to travel at anytime for however long and no relocation bonus. Management will blame everyone else for software issue except themselves. Only real salary increase is through promotion b/c everyone across the board gets 3% raise every year no matter how well you did.
