Great place to learn. Low Basic but covered by bonus (One time payment) Preach People-Centered Management

10 year services may get you Assistant manager Poor People-Centered Management. 40% local employment ratio Poor Covid management (turn on camera for duration of work) No WFH, management request employee to email for permission to go back to office , to 'show' right attitude/mindset Many DUI cases Drink till you drop and drink more (prepare spare liver) $500 medical cap (prepare spare liver) Prepare to work 8am to 8/9pm Elementary admin system, requires physical sign off Occasionally all 40 sales required to stand infront of MD office for discipline . Admin staff creates toxic workplace and is supported by management Management over promises and and throws to bottom staff to figure how to achieve later. Preaches everyone is replaceable. Almost half the company has left, since leaving since 2020. Majority of skill sets have left due to VIP attitude. Market leader, but treat employees sub par standard. Good luck to all that join. 45 min lunch, MD will catch late comers. Nobody leaves on time. Due to low basic, it may be hard to get higher offer.

Pros

This is a well-established company with friendly employees and an on-site clinic for employees. The job security seems steadier here than with other jobs in this field,

Cons

It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
