Pros

- The product is innovative and makes complete sense; if you have any conversations about it with family, friends, prospects, etc, they all say, "wow I wish I had invented that" - The product and the 360 degree view of the whole pitch was incredibly well thought out and took into account everyone involved, which is why this company partners with and is trusted by the most Forbes 500 companies - The people truly care about the product and the client; if a client has any issues, the company drops everything they have to make things work and everyone in every department has the client first in mind and that is rooted from the culture that was started here - You truly find lifelong friends at this company; Everyone from the Veterans to the newer people will be as helpful as ever to make sure you enjoy the same success as everyone else has

Cons

- We are no longer a start-up; We are a company - Take that for what it is, but the same start-up atmosphere and perks that everyone grew up with here no longer really exist - Every company has their own forms of politics, and unfortunately to grow to be what we want to be that is a part of the process - And just like every company in 2022, there were layoffs and unfortunately that may never be the best circumstance

Pros

-Pay -Some of the benefits -Office soft-drinks and snacks

Cons

Mismatch between stated company values and internal culture. Employee well-being is not a priority, despite the internal claims of a commitment to it. DailyPay is a true corporate environment in all the worst ways: men get away with bad, unprofessional behavior for far too long, and leaders in the company in general are cultivated to be micromanagers who do not trust the employees they hired and do not create an environment of trust in their team. In less than a year after my hiring, my boss was forced out for reportedly bullying a team member. His replacement (who was one of his earliest hires and who led the charge for junior members to report him to HR] was put in his place and turned the ante up on controlling, boundary-crossing, routine dishonesty, backstabbing, and bullying behavior on the team. Its less like a workplace and more like a bad season of Succession/Survivor.
