I worked at Daley and Associates for two years as my first professional career out of college and the only reason I left was due to a move, otherwise I would still be working there 2 years later. Mike and Shawn are such great mentors and people. I cannot speak highly enough of them. With all the extensive experience that they have in the industry, they not only know what they are doing in terms of business but they truly care about their employees as people as well. I started off working at Daley with no recruiting experience or zero idea what I was doing in the industry. But with the resources, guidance and environment that Daley provides, I was able to become successful very quickly. Since moving on from Daley, I now work in a larger staffing company somewhere else in the country in which I have continued my success. Quite frequently, my current colleagues and managers will compliment me and/or ask me for advice on recruiting techniques. I owe my knowledge and success to the great, collaborative work environment that Daley provided me when starting off my career. Daley and Associates isn't just another revolving door staffing company, they are a great company that stands out. They truly care about their internal employees, customers and clients.
