Pros
Great atmosphere if you're straight out of college because the demographic is exactly what you're used to. It's exciting to work for a professional sports organization and some of the perks are neat.
Cons
If you're looking to grow your career here, look somewhere else. They aren't huge on furthering your growth as a person or as a professional. Use it to get the experience you need to go somewhere else. It seems they just kind of throw darts at a dart board to figure out what their next move is which results in conflicting principals and goals.
