Cons

Poor management. Lower level employees do not get respect from upper management. Lack of good company culture. Outdated boys club type of culture & lack of respect. Don’t expect raises.

It is a part time, weekend only job but it provides good experience and gets your foot in the door of the marketing world. I work for their junior affiliate the Texas Stars. Management is very kind and understanding.

Cons

Pay is not great but it is only a game-time job.
