Pros

If you live in a town where there are hardly any jobs and this is one of the best then give it a try. There are also some good people that are worth getting to know, too.

Cons

Backstabbers, the ones who think they are going to gain something by telling everything that goes on, while they are gaining nothing in return. Also, the actual workers are treated like slaves and are shown no respect. Favortism is also a big problem. They will give positions to people who are less qualified or have less experience, only because they like them. They will also fire people just because one of their favorate works have a problem with them, which is so not fair.

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
