Dana Incorporated

Is this your company?

Ok, but not the best I've experienced in my 25 years in the automotive field - Program Manager Dana Incorporated Employee Review

Pros

Nice and supportive co-works and physical plant at HQ's. Excellent on site test lab.

Cons

Too little work to say busy, while others seemed overwhelmed. No real systems in place, as everything seems like it's being done for the first time. Compared to other places I've worked, there was a general lack of good, timely flow of communications from senior management to the mid-level employees.

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
