People, People, People! The people and the culture at this company are absolutely amazing. There is clear vision, commitment from management and engagement from the leadership down through the entire company. The culture is commitment to the community and the welfare of the employees. The average time that people have been here is amazing, so plan on the opportunity for this to be the last place you ever work.
Cons
As with any large company, there are the normal red tape things that can slow things down at times where you might think they should go faster. Have patience and remember that there is a reason for those processes and it will all be great in the end.
