      Pros

      It is a great company, with a fantastic culture and smart people. There is a lot of variety and challenging tasks, collaborating internationally. They have a clear vision, goal orientated organisation with focus on performance.

      Cons

      Danfoss is place in a region of Denmark with small towns, and therefore it is a challenge to attract top talent into this region. Sales forecast tend to overestimate, and when in the solar inverter business were way way off.

      Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
