      Pros

      I mid-high level competitive company in Kolding with salaries following the markets. Great company in terms of non-monetary benefits - insurance, vacation etc.

      Cons

      There is a high degree of domain-specific knowledge. An entry-level developer could have a harder time joggling both Software and electrical/mechanical engineering.

      Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
