      Pros

      Great working environment collaborating with a varied global workforce and colleagues. Heavily matrixed, project/platform reporting. Danish leadership, heavy European influence, great market growth potential; therefore, great job possibilities in the US.

      Cons

      Must be willing to be mobile for promotion. Training and development first to be cut during downturns. Organizational communication and transparency varies by locations. A Danish leadership/headquartered organization.

      Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
