Management - Warehouse Assistant Danfoss Employee Review

The management is not far to people on the floor you never hear your doing a great job only when your not living up to they're exportations. The office people order food more then once a week but never do anything for the workers on the floor and the warehouse manager will put you down in front of everyone and supervisors or HR will not say or do anything if you say anything they don't like or goes against the things they thought was a great idea you are put down then few months down the road they bring up the same idea and give themselves credit for it when your the one that got put down for that idea a few months before that.
