      Pros

      Everything about the company is top-notch. Extremely supportive colleagues/management/seniors/bosses, great work environment and a very harmonious work-life balance. Danfoss GmbH is the place to be at. Second to none in every aspect. The employees are more than fairly compensated, the salaries are definitely above the market average. Last but not the least, the prime location of the Hamburg office makes it very easy to commute to, for employees from all around the state of Hamburg.

      Cons

      In my 16 months of working for Danfoss GmbH, I did not come across any instance that could be labelled as a con or something distasteful.

      Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
