Love my Job! - Anonymous employee Daniel Defense Employee Review

Employees at Daniel Defense treat each other like family. When you are in need they will help with anything from repairing a porch after the hurricane to giving money when their is a family emergency. Mr. Marty, the owner, is constantly on the floor talking with employees and asking how things are going. The HR department has employee appreciation events almost monthly. The company does an all hands catered luncheon monthly, where if we meet our goals we get a crisp $100 bill! Drinks and snacks in the vending machines are $.50! They have a food truck come out almost daily. Safety of the employees is #1! I love my job and hope to be at Daniel Defense for a long time.
