Pros

There is no accountability, no visibility on performance, no metrics you're measured on. If you're the type of individual that can challenge yourself, this is a pro because you'll have plenty of time and energy learning a few skills on your own. If you're looking for a stepping stone or you want a really easy job, this is the company for you! There is a ping pong table in the office and a gym in the building. Ceres next door has a pretty sweet happy hour deal.

Cons

This company will drain your soul if you have any sort of talent and drive. The reason I left this company was because I did not feel like my hard work was recognized nor did it pay off. Ultimately the company does not give the managers the tools and authority to reward their employees properly, that or they're happy collecting an easy paycheck and don't want to rock the boat for themselves.

Daniels Health Response

Thank you for your review, your experience with us was clearly a very negative one and we are sorry that your recollections of your time at Daniels afforded no positive memories aside from the ping pong table and bar across the street. We believe strongly that the success of our business is dependent on the contribution of every person, and its a reciprocal relationship. Our business history is made up of many individuals who have grown with Daniels over many years from graduate to senior leadership, and nearly all of our products and process innovation has arisen from our own team. Our significant business growth is also reflective of our acceptance of a challenge, not our preference to ride the 'status quo'. You have brought up some valid issues relating to not-perfect processes which we are striving to address as we integrate new technology and hire new talent to support our growth. In terms of your comments of fake reviews, underperforming work environment, propensity to lying, soul-draining culture, and advice to future talent of negotiating a salary to do nothing - this seems to be reflective of your own personal views, and are not widely-felt attributes of our Chicago team, or aligned with our national work culture or our values. We are sorry that your experience with us over more than three years was such a negative one, and hope that the new role you moved into was a better performance-fit.

Pros

I had an amazing experience working with this company. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Daniel and the team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, and the results truly exceeded my expectations.

Cons

What stood out the most was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Communication was clear and timely, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and excellent customer service so well.
