Pros

Great bonus and compensation opportunities if you meet your KPIs, which can be difficult to meet at times but if you can. You can go places in this company if you are willing to spend A LOT of overtime working on extra projects. Like I said, if your ok with your life revolving around work, this is the place for you.

Cons

I mostly worked in the operations side of things so I can only speak to that side of the business. I remember my manager telling me "your priorities should be work first, then family, and then personal life if you have time"... Completely KPI oriented to the point where they have no regard for their employees, unless it's to meet some retention or satisfaction KPI. Don't work in the plant. Just don't. Terrible communication, if you're new and work remote, good luck. Which is either due to or a product of them being unbelievably unorganized, nobody knows anything and their data systems are a mess.
