Pleasant but could have been better - Server Darden Employee Review

I worked there for 3 years. I was hired right after they changed the policy for vacation/anniversary pay and missed out on all 3 years. I also disliked that they mandated every single Sunday, but some people that started after me were able to get Sundays off. It was started off as a great place to work, then as time went by the management became more strict on the rules and it became less fun. Toward the end I dreaded showing up to go into work. I probably would be going on 4 years right now if it circumstances were a little different.
