Pros
I worked at an Olive Garden Restaurant with a nice Tuscan home decor. The enviroment is extremely friendly and team work is heavily emphasissed on employees. Generally speaking the dinner shifts were very generous as far as tips go and up-selling tables was too easy.
Cons
Well the downside had to be if you were stuck on a lunch shift youd better be ready to make no more than 30 dllrs in tips with O.G. endless soups and salads. Great for the customer and a nightmare for the waiter. Hhow much of a tip do you think a waiter an get when a lunch tab is 11.85 for two people.
