Mostly positive experience - Server/Waiter Darden Employee Review

I think the company is professional at what they do compared to a lot of large dine-in chains. The environment is really healthy for the workers. I feel very safe and confident at my job, and my managers are very personable, which is not something I can say about any other place I’ve worked. I enjoy the casual work environment provided. I make good money for part time work.
