Excellent pay and hours (see cons) Great spirit within company, with constant internal promotions
Cons
Hired as a line cook, but have spent 1/2 my time employed as a dish washer instead While the hours are there, you need to be willing to work hard, and at least 6 days a week, same with raises and promotions GM (as of writing) can't take her stress well, and it comes out on staff quite a bit, she also has a tendency to show favoritism to a handful of staff members.
