decent tips, fairly busy. guests are usually happy with the food
Cons
terrible health coverage. management doesnt provide necessary support (servers often have to make the salads, refill the soups, no food runner etc. etc.) Managers can be uptight (god forbid you give a guest more than the 1 allotted breadstick per person)
