1. India office has never seen the face of the CEO. Every time his personal secretary who is unfortunately “The Chief of HR” & Technology head is sent. (They barely ever have an agenda, comes here, wastes the resources of the company by staying in luxury hotels, traveling first class and visiting Indian cities as their vacations on company budget) 2. The India HR is merely puppets of aforementioned personnels and does the politics for them in India which makes the culture very toxic 3. Appraisal & Feedback process is a joke. The manager barely reviews and gives feedback. The appraisal is done by the skip level who has barely ever spoken to you. 1%-5% is the max you can expect as a senior employee. 5%-10% as a new employee. For your whole year’s work imagine getting 4% and the reason being “BUDGETS” which obviously they think employees are stupid and are oblivious. (Vacation visits and expensive stays, buying companies etc.) Traveling first class, staying at a luxury hotel amongst other things < 10000 INR CTC appraisal (Budgets)
