Pros
- good technology - nice UI, demos are fun - opportunity to get real life tech sales experience -sales training was very well executed and helpful - marketing strategy is pretty good
Cons
- if you have a strong background in sales, technology & Cybersecurity, this job is not for you. -all of management are in their 20s, they have stumbled into the role and doing the best they can but their only experience is school, so you will get the school vibe (if that's your thing) - zero mentorship (due to child leadership) - commission structure is basically fraud. You won't get to see it before you sign on. You get half of your already low comp an entire year later... No you don't have access if you quit. - this is one reason they will overhire new grads and create a toxic environment so you quit before they have to pay up. Great model for the company actually. But for the AEs, you're better off taking this off your resume as soon as you're done. Their reputation in the market is not stellar. You will still take the job, despite these reviews, which is cool, I did too. Just be prepared for an extremely toxic work environment.
