Pros
Nice salary for young reps. Pushes you to be cunning, which can be a successful trait in sales. You've got to cut your teeth somewhere, it might as well be early on in your career; this could very well be your roughest role in sales.
Cons
a whole lot. Don't expect anything about this role to feel comfortable. Landing a big deal gets management to raise their expectations of you. Not landing big deals puts you in the revolving door of their young talent. Very high turnover. Those that don't make friends with their colleagues and are alright with taking whichever opps they can will be rewarded.
