• You can learn a lot - I have learned things that has helped me with my future career. • Work from home - I was able to work from home once a week in the office
Cons
• Toxic work environment - I had some good relationships with certain colleagues. However, with the ones I didn't they would try anything to make your life in the company uncomfortable. They be nice to you in your face, and then act different no matter what. Example, colleague asked for a email, which I said I will give it to you today, since I am doing an important task. However, 2 mins after saying that my manager got involved. Was it necessary? • High level of workload that causes stress - This is common in this company. Although I expressed multiple times to manager that the workload was too much. Manager says "try figure it out". So, you get 0 support from management. • Always changing processes and not informing other employees about it - The amount of employees that are new and old getting confused with how the process is done in the company. This issue happens when they are never really informed, which happens often. • High turnover where people are often fired - There has been times where people are fired and there is no handover for the work. Your colleagues will watch you sink, and give you minimal support.
