Pros
Dart is a large well structured company that provides a safe work environment, good benefits for starting employees, and opportunity for movement within the company.
Cons
They like corporate culture so movement at higher levels is really political and based on who you know. The pay for entry level jobs is dead average and at least at my location the raises are politicized and vary wildly from year to year and are based on the boss liking you not what you do.
