Pros

You get paid every week. They provide water and ice along with Gatorade in the summer.

Cons

It gets up to 20 degrees hotter inside the building. Sometimes it smells really bad in areas. Health wise a huge built up dust and ink particles floating around especially on fans.

Pros

The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

Cons

They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
