Cons
Dart competes in an evolving industry which carries some instability. As the organization has evolved over the past ten years, there have been positive changes but there has been a shift away from the family culture to more of a corporate culture. Promotional opportunities seem to be declining due to this change in culture (e.g. hire from outside rather than develop from within).
