Pros
It's nice to see the products I work on strewn so readily around the curbs and gutters. It's very rewarding to watch a old foam cup blow down your street and think "Yeah! I worked on that! My contribution the the greater good of humanity is complete"
Cons
Pay below industry standards. Clueless management. Out of step corporate culture and no tolerance for disabilities (especially invisible ones). This place takes survey after survey to gather employee feedback and then does nothing to change or address their toxic work culture. They force talented people leave because of outdated policies. Take the job if you are desperate but don't stop your job search. They'll say they treat you like family, but that's only if your family is abusive, neglectful and can fire you on the spot.
