Pros

Changes taking place rapidly with implementation of SAP. Opportunity within the company for advancement somewhat. There are some very good people considering the low pay scale.

Cons

Incredible lack of leadership. No processes in place for anything. Everything is done by the seat of your pants. Could really use some direction from the top. No real competition or Dart would be in trouble. Lack of talent in Mid-Michigan doesn't help matters. Pay is awful and you get what you pay for apparently. Benefits are good.

Pros

The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

Cons

They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
