Dart Container is a great place to work if you are looking for interesting projects to be a part of. The company puts a lot of resources into research and development of new processes and products. Along with this, they teach their employees valuable technical engineering skills.

Cons

The pay at Dart is a little low when compared to other companies of the same size. They are getting better about publishing their salary ranges, which may promote less turn over of quality professionals.

Pros

The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

Cons

They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
