Dascena is the absolute worst company I’ve worked for in my life . They use and abuse you until they don’t need you any more . If your a young intelligent graduate they will take all of your ideas and use it to their benefit . I would not work for this company if offered the opportunity . I didn’t learn my lesson by reading the reviews first . There’s is absolutely no pros to this place and they have been calling there company a start up for 3 years . They gossip about your job and they will continue to hire but claim they don’t have the money . Honestly worst decision of my life . Additionally , they keep all their family and friends regardless of there experience . Not to mention they have massive layoffs ever 3-4 months . Don’t get to comfortable here.
