The company has developed a culture where doing work quickly is becoming more important than doing work well or even accurately. Working fast has become such a priority that sometimes when mistakes are found, we're told it's not worth taking the time to correct them. I'm starting to get concerned about the accuracy of the work we put out and the way our work is communicated and presented.
The company is growing so fast, and there is poor communication between departments, and that often leads all teams needing to do more work, and doing it badly. It doesn't feel like there are clear priorities that translate to all teams, and so every team has their own priorities that everybody needs to keep up with. It feels like there's much too much going on for us to do any of it nearly as well as we could. People are getting exhausted and not trying as hard as we could be.
