The employees are alright for the most part. Pay is ookay

Cons

Constant layoffs, even after being reassured my management. Unrealistic working expectations Incompetent HR that only sides with executives (this is you too Cirrus) Upper management from CirrusDx are condescending to their underlings. People leaving left and right due to management

Somewhat unpredictable layoffs. A lot of the staff hardly worked and no one cared.
